Since 1986, a main goal has been to develop systems to verify leakages (existence of pores), but the weight of the containers has also been controlled (mainly for containers made in PE) and computer vision systems have been developed to monitor variations in shape, flaws, ovalisation of necks, displaced injection points (for PET) and other issues.
