PALLETIZING – END OF THE PACKAGING LINE -
Thanks to the experience accumulated in the palletisation of containers, several years ago AND&OR embarked on the development of end of the line projects for packing. We offer a series of units such as palletisers of individual bottles in trays or half trays (display), palletisers of packs and/or boxes, palletisers of individual large bottles with separator sheets between levels and robotized solutions.
These palletisers are complemented with feeding and automatic pallet transport systems, pallet tying devices, pallet labelling device and other additional elements for the preparation and storage of loading units.

This AND & OR 60PEM800-600 system carries out the arranging and automatic insertion of full bottles on carton trays and the palletising of the trays.
It is usually installed at the outlet of the bottle filling process.
It offers an orderly packaging of full bottles and an automatic palletising of trays.The participation of a worker is only necessary to supply trays, collect the formed pallet and supply a new empty pallet.
The systems allows to add new AND & OR peripherals to supply pallets and trays, which means a completely automatic system .
There are further versions of this model of full bottles palletisers according to the format of pallet which is used, for instance 60PEM1200-1000 (for 1200x1000 pallets).

ROBOTIZED SOLUTIONS
This AND & OR system carries out the palletising of packs, boxes or separate full bottles.
These operations occur at the end of the bottling line.
These systems allow the automatic palletising, including the supply of carton or plastic sheets, in order to keep apart the different levels of the pallet. The automatic supply of pallet is possible as well as the later wrapping of the formed pallet.
