This AND&OR 1 headstock equipment LSW1C offers and ideal checking system for the bottles quality.
Its microprocessor-based technology allows a wide range of functions such as bottle weighing, small leakages detection with the pre-selected sensibility value and spurr detection in the neck as well as in the bottles botton.
In addition, it possesses a variety of further functions which made it very adaptable and versatile to any new situation. These functions are easily accessible and programmable by a keypad and a visual display.

CONATINER QUALITY CENTER
This leakage and weight testing equipment QC-LW-1L is based in the union of a lineal leakage tester and a lineal weighing machine with a technology of microprocessor which allows a wide range of performances such as weighing bottles, detecting microleakages with a selected value of sensitivity, detecting blurrs around the mouth and botton of bottles (optional). The wholly automatic system means an easy handling, maintenance, and no special requirements of performance.
With this QC-LW-1L system, the packaging of proper bottles is guaranteed and a diminishing in the rate of line stops and improvement of the product image on the market occurs.
Moreover, a wide range of additional performances and adaptations are available, all of which are accessible and programmable on a keyboard and display.
