AND&OR boasts a service and customer support department.

This department includes management personnel and qualified technicians to respond to any of our clients’ needs: start-up of new units, checking and upgrading of existing units, preventive maintenance, technical documentation –manuals, customisation, spares, remote follow-up of unit performance (via internet), etc.

Additionally, AND&OR has established a local training scheme for the technicians of its agents/collaborators to provide an immediate response to any potential client needs.
