BAGGING MACHINES
The AND&OR bagging systems allow the containers to be introduced in plastic bags (film). Bags are then closed to obtain a completely closed leaktight package.
The advantage of this type of packing is the cost saving and the improved hygiene in products for certain sectors (chemists, cosmetics, etc).
Certain models of machines can have preformed bags with an open end.
Others use a roll of film and the machine has to shape the bag, introduce the containers and close it. In any case, the system is completely automatic and highly independent.

BAGGING MACHINE WITH THERMOSEALING CLOSING
This system carries out the ordination and automatic introduction of bottles in plastic bag, leaving it totally closed, using for this process a thermosealing system.
Compatible with carton tray (format 1200X800)
It is usually placed at the outlet of the bottles production machine, when the bottles have been checked.
It offers an orderly sacking for bottles, just a crew member is necessary to change the bags, which allows just one member of the staff for many machines.

This AND & OR 60EBA1000 system carries out the arranging and automatic insertion of bottles on carton trays.
It is usually installed at the outlet of the blow moulding equipment after the leakage test.
It offers an compact pack of orderly arranged bottles in an automatic way, the participation of a worker is only necessary to change the film rolls and remove the pack, which allows him to work on several equipments at a time.
