TRAY PACKAGING MACHINES
The tray packing systems from AND&OR allow the containers (PET, PE) to be placed on their corresponding cardboard trays, regardless of their shape.
These machines have a series of optional elements to respond to particular client needs, such as opening of folded trays, support for double tray, etc. It is possible to configure the size of the trays up to a maximum size of 1200 x 1200.
They are used in the area next to the blowing so that the operator can manage several machines simultaneously.

BASIC TRAY PACKAGING MACHINE
Our system AND&OR EMA1500C carries out the arranging and automatic introduction of bottles on carton trays.
It is usually placed at the outlet of the bottles production machine, when the leakages of bottles have been tested.

TRAY PACKAGING AND SEMI-AUTOMATIC BAGGING MACHINE
This AND & OR EMA1400BC-PR system carries out the arranging and automatic insertion of bottles either on a carton tray or into a bag which is completely closed by a themosealing system.
It is usually installed at the outlet of the blow moulding equipment after the leakage test.
It offers a packaging and/or bagging system for bottles automatically arranged, the participation of a worker is only necessary to change the tray or bag according to the selected system which allows him to work on several equipments at a time.

UNIVERSAL TRAY PACKAGING MACHINE
This AND & OR 60ECA2000 system carries out the arranging and automatic insertion of bottles on carton trays.
It is usually installed at the outlet of the blow moulding equipment after the leakage test.
It offers an orderly packaging of bottles in an automatic way, the participation of a worker is only necessary to supply new trays, which allows him to work on several equipments at a time.

3 POSITIONS TRAY PAKAGING
This automatic system is appropiate for palletising trays of any sort of empty bottles (PVC, PET, METÁLLIC, ETC...) from 100 ml to 5 Litres.
Permite la autonomía de 3 bandejas: una en espera, una en formación y una formada. Lo que permite al operario atender a varias máquinas.
