PALLETIZING SYSTEMS
AND&OR has a range of automatic palletisers that may be configured in accordance with each client’s needs.
There are models that work with sheets, face up or face down trays, half trays, etc.
The production in standard models ranges from 1000 b/h to 10000 b/h for heights up to 3 metres.
Certain elements can be added to provide greater automation: plastic film feed between levels, automatic pallet dosing (STDP), chain or roller pallet conveyor (TCAD, TRM), tray forming unit (PFB), automatic bundling and/or strapping.

COMPACT PALLETISER
This robotic system is appropiate for palletising trays of any sort of empty bottles (PVC, PET, METÁLLIC, ETC...) from 100 up to 5.000cc.

PACKAGING MACHINE AND ROBOT – HIGH VERSATILITY
This AND & OR ECA2000 system carries out the arrangement and automatic insertion of bottles onto carton trays and Robot RPZ3000G270 palletises the trays.
It is usually installed at the outlet of the blow moulding machine after the leakage test.
This machine RPZ3000G270 is equipped with a support in order to supply empty trays into the system. In addition, there are some further modules: STDP-NC1000 (Dosage stack for empty pallets), TCAD3000A1000 (Chain conveyor for displacement of empty and full trays). All these items make this system completely autonomous.

BOTTLE ARRANGING DESK AND ELEVATOR
This AND & OR system carries out the palletisation of empty bottles, including the tray formation and supply to the palletising station.
This system is located at blow moulding machine output, usually after the leakage and weigh tester.
The system gives a complet formed pallet with bottles, the trays are usually disposed upside down.
The operator’s intervention is only needed for pick up the complete pallet and supply a new empty pallet.

This AND&OR equipment carries out the arranging and automatic insertion of bottles onto a carton tray and them palletises them.
This system includes the automatic palletising as well as the supply of sheets or carton trays, in order to separate the different levels of the pallet. In addition, the automatic supply of pallet is possible.
